David was very professional and knowledgable!
After the wind storm in January I had 3 companies come out to evaluate and give estimate for new roof - ended up going with Roof Ops. Was very happy with Josh and his team. They were professional and easy to work with. Finished the job in one day. Roof looks great and they did an awesome job of making sure everything was cleaned up well. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof replaced.
It was a pleasure working with David. He was easy to communicate with and very professional. I would use them again in the future.
Update: Although we were initially extremely satisfied, over a year later, it turns out our gutters were installed incorrectly. Water runs behind the gutter and down the fascia. Also, our furnace vent was hacked off to make it easier to install the shingles. I have reached out to have these items fixed and have not heard back from the owners. Drivers of this company are unprofessional and not safe drivers in their company truck. Tail gating the entire way down a one way with snow and ice on the ground (where are you going to go?) and cutting cars off to get in front of them. If you're in such a rush- leave earlier. Not a good way to represent your company.
