Ninja Roof Services did an excellent job! Leif was amazing at starting the project and explaining the process so that we were comfortable and that we knew what was happening. Rob and his team did an excellent job on site with the roof and gutter repairs. They both had good communication, were professional and very respectful. We are very happy with how our old house now looks brand new again. Definitely recommend!
Jason went way above and beyond what I would expect. Our insurance company was not willing to accept a claim on our home after a hail storm. Jason went back and forth with the claims agent, citing Minnesota laws entitling us to repairs (which they ignored for the longest time). He even went as far to refute their suggested roofing materials since they had been discontinued! This went on for many, many months. Our neighborhood had storm damage and in the weeks following, we had a lot of storm chasers come around. All calls denied. I received a letter in the mail saying that our neighbor’s house would be having work done due to the storm damage and if we were interested to reach out. This is one of the best companies I have delt with about replacing my roof. Justin G. was very professional and knowledgeable about the company, products and services. He worked with the insurance adjuster and pointed out all of the issues and damage. This played an important part to help with the decision of the insurance company. Insurance is a terrible game these days, everything is always about profit! Roof Ninja helped us go from this response from our insurance to a fully covered roof (minus our deductible). Together with Clarion Claims Group public adjuster, we went from this message from our insurance agent to this: " As the damages are below the deductible, the claim is closed.
