We had an insurance claim for hail damage. After looking around for roofing contractors, we decided to go with RNS. Best decision we ever made. Jason met us at the house and reviewed the entire insurance claim process with us. He went over and above ensuring everything went smooth throughout the process between the insurance company and us. Right when I thought all hope was lost, in walks Roof Ninja and JASON and completely knocked it out the park. Jason put so much time, effort, care and support into this project it felt like he was family. I really mean that. The crew arrived, did their work and left the job site spotless. From the first conversation beyond the last payment made, Jason was professional, personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and a valuable resource for future projects.
