Had great experience with one of their salespersons that came to my home. She explained the process and educated me on how my roof repair could be covered by my insurance. She even climbed on my roof to verify any needs and to take measurements to assist with the process. Definitely ask for Grace if you’re ever in the market for a free estimate. Thanks Grace!!! Sadly, never got to experience their service in action, as they scheduled an appointment to do a repair today on a home I rent and no-called, no-showed after me taking the day off of work to be here. The landlord called and they promised to call her right back with information and hours later, no callback at all. Very poor business communication.
