Best customer service we have ever received. James is polite, prompt, thorough, and honest. He arrived to our consultation with an estimate, samples, and a slideshow explaining the whole roofing process. He was very responsive to all my questions and text messages. Day of was seamless and the roof looks great. It was cool and reassuring to get pictures throughout the whole process of what they were doing. Price was very competitive and fair. Nothing not to love.
James is hands down the best businessman I have ever met. His workers are amazing. Talk about hard working, detailed, polite. His worker was wiping the debris off my light post. Come on. James explains everything. Keeps you up to date through the whole process. This is our second roof with him. (Two separate houses) That is how good he is. Just amazing
