They installed my roof in the fall about 3 years ago and by winter it was leaking. I noticed they did not completely finish my roof when they sent me pics of what they were repairing because someone (their boss I’m guessing) told the roofers not to replace certain parts of my roof. I am giving them 2 stars, because they came back to finish my roof after it leaked from my bedroom to the kitchen after they replaced two roofs in my house to brand new, so I thought. This company has charged my company two times. I'm in dispute over the charges of $2,132.75 and $2,532.75 with my bank. I have tried to call this company to inform them of their mistake without luck which just tells me they are trying to scam. If someone would like to discuss this issue I suggest you respond to this review and I will be more than happy to find a resolution with them. I would not recommend using this company if they randomly charge out of state people who have never even heard of them before. SCAMMERS!!!!!
This co. took my money & never responded back to me. As of todays date, no one returns my vall and my new roof was never installed, BEWARE of this co. Thry as for CASH...& I am truly lucky I did put it on my American Ecpress so they are investigating this vompany. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
One more update: I eventually had to wait until I was able to be physically at my parents home and, found another contractor come a secure the siding. He was too embarrassed to charge for the service as it took him 2 minutes to resolve the issue. Update: After several more emails an employee came the night of December 4, 2020 . Based on the pictures I could get the sliding was back in place but damaged.
