Brandon did a great job on my Roof. His Team tore off and replaced the roof in just one day. He walked me through the whole process and was very happy with the results of my New Roof.
Roof hero falsified final invoice. Billed for work not done. Refused to offer standard warranty. Also slow to, or didnt pay subcontractors.
When our roof started leaking into our newly remodeled bathroom, the only contractor who would even answer his phone was Brandon Hayes of Roof Hero. He got our leak fixed quickly and then led us competently through the process of replacing our roof. As with any construction project, there were some snags along the way, but everything is now resolved and, all in all, good job.
Brandon is a zero! He lies and cheated me out of money for a bad roof repair. I had to hire someone else to fix it. As a 26 year Special Forces Veteran, I urge everyone to never use him for anything! Now he claims he tried to correct the situation or offer me a discount. All lies! Search his name, you’ll find all sorts of lies and scams he’s done over the years. No business with this dude! You’ll be scammed trust me.
