Chris and his team are fantastic. He came out quickly to provide an estimate and then provided two quotes at my request -- one for repair and one for replacement. I ended up going with repair after Chris helped me weigh the pros and cons of each option. He and his team ended up fitting the job in sooner than expected on an afternoon that they had additional capacity. Overall a great experience with Roof Guy WNC. They will be the first company I call for roofing needs in the future.
Such a not at all a good anything but a big I mean huge rip off don't even get a hold of them at all in less you want to be took for a huge disappointment and totally fake advertising
This guy called me back just because he thought he could help. He let me know he is weeks behind but thought he might could help with his experience. After explaining my situation he gave me some ideas. I think it's rare to have someone reach out when they are busy. I did what we talked about. Fingers crossed the roof will last a couple more years. TY
