We have worked with this company in the past, multiple times. Owner is beyond fair and honest as they come. Not the people that would let a customer sit unhappy.
Customer service is terrible. Try to call, get no answer so I gave up on calling at all and emailed. I had to send 3 emails over a couple weeks before I even got an answer. They never gave us the paperwork after they finished our roof last year. They finally give me the paperwork and it was literally just written up that day. I asked what happened to the original paperwork and never got an answer. They filled in random names of people who didn't even work on our roof.
