This is a two part review, my roof was replaced last year in August 2024. The work was done with no delay, clean up done and done. However, earlier this September while I was getting some painting and damaged wood replaced I noticed some damage on the roof that was not done properly. I called Logan and he got someone out to my house bright and early to take care of, not only everything that I had mentioned, but things he noticed that were not up to his standards. So far so good!! They were very helpful. They worked with us to find the best payment options. They were punctual, did the work and all the clean up. Everyone I came in contact with, from James Pierce to the people who came to do the work, were polite and helpful. No question or request was left unanswered or denied. I have not had a flat yet! That means no nails left behind.
Appt was made for 11-1 today and I did receive a call from Armando in the morning and I discussed the roof job I needed to do and was assured they could. Later that morning I received a call back from Armando the owner would call me and meet due to my needs of a flat roof restoration and never heard a thing. I then text Armando at around 1PM to see if they were still coming as was told he was in traffic and could we meet Friday if he couldn't get here.
