Extremely disappointed with the service from Roof Doctor, for my Nan. They charged an elderly person $1,100 for just 20 minutes of work, which involved simply applying silicone to a leak. This kind of pricing for such minimal effort is completely unjustifiable. It’s clear they are taking advantage of the elderly, which is both unethical and unacceptable. It feels like they ripped off someone vulnerable who trusted them to do the right thing. Would not recommend based on this experience.

After last week’s severe rain event, we, like many homes around Adelaide, experienced a leak. I thought it would take weeks to find a reputable tradie to find and fix the problem. I saw positive reviews about the Roof Doctors. AND I was blown away. Ed arrived within the hour (he had jobs in our area, so we were lucky); he immediately identified the issue, and repaired it within the hour! It was so great to see an experienced tradie with decades of experience, work so efficiently. Thank you Ed, and thank you Roof Doctors.

Changing $1165.00 for a call out fee and then additional to fix the job is taking advantage of vunerable people.
