I’ve used Roof Doctors many times now & always been reliable with great quality work. This time we needed repairs to our roof hip. They attended on site, I showed them the issue …. They fixed where the concrete had fallen away from the hip & blended it to existing concrete…. Looks fantastic. The tech had a quick walk over our roof, found two broken tiles which he advised & showed us. He then replaced them with spares that I had. I highly recommend their work!

While the work was carried out as discussed, the hourly rate worked out to be $1,600 per hour considering the half hour he was here. Understand needing to quote for a job and appreciate I agreed to the quote but when the time taken is likely less than planned it seems excessive and not conducive for return business

I suspect that Roof Doctors quote and price at the higher end of the market (on the initial quote I would have appreciated a break down of labour and materials), yet that said, the work done by the very personable Joseph was first class. He described the flexi point work on all the ridge caps as an art, and that is how it looks to me. So, in all, excellent work and service, yet at a price. I would add a photo if I had Google Photos...

Our roof has been leaking for some time. My husband attempted to repair it to no avail. Time for the professionals. Jeremiah came out and was so nice and pointed out where the problem was. He came back that Saturday and fixed the leak, then his sons Joseph and Simeon came out the following Tuesday and Wednesday to complete the job. All round this family has a wonderful work ethic, they worked extremely hard in 38 degree heat without stopping. We recently had Roof Doctors attend our home to redesign our roof and a box gutter that was installed about 20 years ago. They did a great job, were very professional, and always tidied up after themselves.
