Spoke to Jeremiah with a very vague description of what I needed done. From a few low quality photos he was able to identify the exact work I needed done, as well as matching the correct tiles. From my initial enquiry to completion of the job was around 24 hours. Definitely would go through Roof Doctors again.

I had a sudden emergency leak from some heavy rain, I was trying to contact Roof Doctors and all kinds of other services to try and get someone out, to no avail. First thing the following morning I received a call back from Roof Doctors and they sent someone out immediately. Price is competitive (not the cheapest, but they also provide a 12 month noblest guarantee), quality of the work is evident as they noticed and found a few things that they could touch up that others didn't. Extremely disappointed with the service from Roof Doctor, for my Nan. They charged an elderly person $1,100 for just 20 minutes of work, which involved simply applying silicone to a leak. This kind of pricing for such minimal effort is completely unjustifiable. It’s clear they are taking advantage of the elderly, which is both unethical and unacceptable. It feels like they ripped off someone vulnerable who trusted them to do the right thing. Would not recommend based on this experience.
