Cisco (owner) and team Roof Check are amazing! They were there helping and guiding me throughout the entire insurance claim process, ensuring that we received the full value of our claim by working directly with the carrier. Such a great experience during a time when you wouldn't expect it.
This estimate is a joke. Highly would not recommend this price gouging
I bought a building that this company had installed a new TPO 30-year roof on at the end of 2020. In December 2023, prior to closing, there were several leaks that needed to be addressed. They came out and did work on these leaks. The building is vacant, and when I visited in late April, I noticed it was still leaking in all the same places. My broker reached out to Amy at the company, and not only did they refuse to honor the warranty, but they also claimed they could not work on a roof they installed four years ago. I deci... read more
