I would give a zero rating if it was available. RNB came in about March 2020 to examine water damage to my pergola and informed me. I would get a report with recommended solutions. In December 2020 (9 months later!) RNB called to advise me that RNB is working on getting reports and invoices out. (In my case I would be invoiced for a call out fee.) I indicated that I was unhappy about the prospect of being invoiced for a call out when I had not received any report or proactive communication from RNB in 9 months. I also indica... read more

very professional and helpful.. would recommend them to any one that needs help.. a bit responsive telephone line could help, but the lockdown has not helped that cause.. thanks

I have been waiting 3 months to get a response on a leaking wall that got much worse after they went to inspect the carpet. I've received emails in April, May and June with excuses. Definitively a headache.
