I have tried several times to reach out to them for my wedding hair and makeup (email, Facebook messenger, voice-mail). No one will respond. I can see on Facebook messenger that they have looked at my messages, and still no response. Update: I finally got a response on Facebook messenger more than a month later. She told me that her 8 year old was the one "reading" my messages. Yet I sent messages on different days, so I guess her 8 year old is on her business page all the time.
