After my insurance paid the office for a crown reconstruction, I got a late notice for a bill of <$100. I paid the bill, and THEN they dismissed me from care for non-payment. But they didn't tell me this until I called them needing the crown repaired after an injury. I ended up having to pay another dentist for the full crown replacement. I was a patient of Dr. Waxman and specifically asked before scheduling if his new dental group accepted my insurance. I confirmed twice more--before the appointment and again before sitting in the chair. Each time, I was assured they did. After my cleaning, I was suddenly informed they were out of network and would bill my insurance. My insurance only paid a portion, yet I just received a bill for the full amount--including what insurance already covered--under a different business name than the one I signed paperwork for. My dentist, Dr. Clark is now part of this practice and I am disappointed. The front desk staff border on rude. They handed me new patient forms but did not provide a pen. Fortunately I had my own. The one woman acted like patients were an inconvenience. This practice now has so many staff there is limited space for patients to park. My cleaning was ok but still have stains on my teeth. I will not be back and will be taking my business to another dentist.

Had another amazing experience this morning at Dr.Kenneth R. Ronzo’s office. Dr. Ronzo has an incredible chair side manner and is very easy to communicate with. My hygienist, Anna, was outstanding. Awesome communicator, well versed in dental best practices and able to pass them along. She has soft hands so you feel great when the cleaning and scraping are . A total top notch morning. Thank you Dr. Ronzo and Anna! The administrative staff out front were very helpful and knowledgeable as well.

My friend that I am a caretaker for has been going to see Dr Ronzo for decades now and is always thrilled with the level of care and service provided. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and very accommodating to mobility issues. Can't say enough good things about them!!
