I've been going here for years. Not sure why but the woman gave me an attitude and told her husband only to deal with me like I was a problem or something? Had them replace a sapphire in a ring told me it was same color and it's not. I addressed them about it. Said bring it in. I brought it in an was met with huge attitudes !
