I left a couple of messages for Jeff Ronstadt but never received a call back. I even sent an email and yet never got a response. The overall response has been very poor. After a few days, someone named Karrie Reaney finally called and left a message. When I tried calling her back, her voicemail was full. The number she gave me went to a voicemail that said she works for a different firm, not Ronstadt Insurance. If this is any indication of how business is conducted, it is clearly in dire need of customer service improvement.... read more
