Horrible experience today went in to get a tire they put one on within 1 hour was going flat. I went back guy put another tire on . I notice a little later my cap to cover the plugs is missing plus the little thing that holds the air in. I call and get the most rude person that said I didn't change it I don't care who changed it u idiot I want my stuff back it no ma'am it's not here .lost a long time customer and I hope y'all get it together!!!!
I have been coming here for about a year and half. I have never had a problem until last night. My husband brought are Ford Explorer down to have the 4 tires we bought from amazon put on. They ended up breaking two lug nuts and refused to fix them saying they were rusted which was not the case. Now my husband has to fix them before the snow comes. I had 4 brand new tires put on my 99 mustang and the service was poor as the manager was very rude and nasty toward me as a customer.He insisted in cash up front for the tires yet until I fussed no delivery date was given.Second upon putting the new tires on the car today one of my wheel caps was placed on incorrectedly evidently as I arrived home with only 3 of the 4 caps.I tried calling the business and as I stated the manager of front royal was extremely hostile and rude when I informed him of what I had learned of the mi... read more
I got two front tires taken off, used ones balanced and installed in less than 15 minutes. The price was reasonable and the staff friendly. I would recomend them. Thanks, guys!
Great price on used tires. I got a full set and they are great....I saved about 60% compared to buying new tires! I love that they are open on weekends so I don't have to take time out of my busy week...very convenient! Buying used tires can be hit or miss....I always ask to inspect the tires myself BEFORE they install them. I had a great experience at this location and they were super fast about putting the tires on. My car was only in the shop for about 30 minutes. Thanks guys and great work!
I have used the Front Royal store 4 times the last 3 years and each time they have broken one of my lug nuts! It's never their fault and I am sent away with one missing. (once I had my daughter with me) and left to pay the extra 10-15$ to replace them. Not really a bargin
