I called for an estimate on a simple fix on my TV and before I could even start explaining my problem, the person who answered the phone blatantly told me "NO." I attempted to explain my issue once more and they told me it would "cost a lot of money," but money isn't an issue to me. I have a lot of money. That is exactly what I told them too, and they laughed at me and hung up the phone. Never in my life have I had such despicable Customer Service.
