Excellent transmission shop. Very friendly staff, excellent work, and they got it done on time. No nonsense, just great service. Highly recommend!
I called for an appt. to check my transmission fluid level and the guy said to call back the following week. I called again for an appt and was told to come in the next day. Upon arrival they denied having spoken to me on the phone or knowing anything about my vehicle. Then they wanted to test drive my vehicle without me in the car. I refused to let them drive my car without me present and I left. All I wanted was for them to check whether there was enough transmission oil in my car. Not my way of doing business, thank you.
I took my car into Ron's Transmission after a referral from my mechanic. My car was driving terribly and after they diagnosed the issue (very quickly, I might add), it was determined I needed a new clutch. As you can imagine, this is a huge job and promised to be quite costly. I was given an estimate and had them go ahead with the work. They're very busy, so I did have to wait a few weeks to get in to have the job done, but this just speaks to how popular of a shop they are.
