I've used ron taxi for 2 years due to be unable to drive due to surgery. Never had any problems, then about 3 weeks ago the girl on day shift was let go. Since then every time I call the driver says 15 minutes, or it will be a while. In the 3 weeks I have waited over an hour each time, twice I called after 90 minutes and asked where they were, the Driver told me 30 more minutes . I called 2 more times she said I'll be right there. I first called at 11:30 for a 2:00 ride. At 6:30 I called and cancelled.

Cab was dirty and trashy. Driver was smoking a vape and had her stinky dog with empty food cans on the floor.

Was driving South on 31 just now through Kokomo and one of the taxi guys in a van pulled out in front of me so I had to slow down very quickly. Super inconsiderate and very unsafe driving.
