Y'all need to get some insurance to help your disabled passengers. Its pretty shitty practice to just leave people yelling for help when Y'all are actually able to help. Stop being lazy.
I'm so grateful for this service I love ride there taxi
I've used ron taxi for 2 years due to be unable to drive due to surgery. Never had any problems, then about 3 weeks ago the girl on day shift was let go. Since then every time I call the driver says 15 minutes, or it will be a while. In the 3 weeks I have waited over an hour each time, twice I called after 90 minutes and asked where they were, the Driver told me 30 more minutes . I called 2 more times she said I'll be right there. I first called at 11:30 for a 2:00 ride. At 6:30 I called and cancelled.
awful experience.
Cab was dirty and trashy. Driver was smoking a vape and had her stinky dog with empty food cans on the floor.
