Stopped in for a quick brake inspection on our 3k mile road trip. Ron was able to see us on a Saturday afternoon, take the van for a test ride, inspect the brakes, determine they were ok, and send us on our way with peace of mind. Such a nice guy and one of our best interactions on this trip. Great experience and highly recommended!
Ron is awesome! I brought my ‘08 Ford Explorer in after running into some issues I couldn’t fix myself. Ron did a diagnostic and it turned out to be pretty severe. Ron was totally honest with me and rather than trying to sell me on thousands of dollars of repairs let me know I’d be better off getting a new vehicle. I recently had an excellent experience at Ron’s Boulevard Shell on a Sunday. When my brakes started making a grinding noise, I was worried about finding help on the weekend. I highly recommend Ron's Auto. I was referred to them by someone who said they were reasonable and honest, and I believe them. I've had a problem with my car that has lasted for years. I took it to Big O Tires multiple times and they had me replace parts that weren't actually causing the problem. Ron's Auto was able to figure out what the issue was and get it fixed within a couple hours. They have been very nice since I have started going to them and I feel like they are a lot more honest than a lot of other auto shops.
