While the issue was, ultimately resolved, the path to get there was incredibly uncomfortable and inappropriate. Repair work to the roof seal and battery replacement required further correction. We actually had the opportunity to talk to the technician that worked on our trailer. He knew exactly what our concerns were in brining it back and the likely resolutions. Ron’s RV, exceeded my expectations. We had new awnings installed, a leaky roof repaired, a new bathroom fan replaced and some general maintenance performed. They stuck to the estimate and completed the work in a very timely manner. Thanks guys, I’ll be back!
