Did a decent job but absolutely no transparency on cost, it was our understanding that it was hourly from time they pick up to drop off. At the end we got stung for 2 extra hours - depot leave and return as well as ETag costs, give me a spell! The worse part was that the guy wasn’t aware I was home at the time and was trying to pull the wool over my wife’s eye with coats etc - he changed his tune real quick. Unfortunately had a really bad experience. I messaged on Facebook for a quote and was provided one and followed up by booking the move. The move itself was great, super fast and safe and efficient. However when it came to payment I was charged $280 over the agreed quoted price and he would not negotiate or compromise even though I had in writing a different quote. He just said that “well everyone charges like this no matter where you go” and “it’s written on my invoice” - which obviously meant nothing as I didn’t see the inv... read more

Similar story to the other one star review, but not quiet as expensive. He wanted to charge an extra $50 for waiting 13 minutes for me to arrive at the place of pick up. As it was, he quoted $308 (with a 2 hour minimum) to pick up and deliver 2 items. The whole job, including his 13 minute wait took less than 45 minutes. We argued, he eventually backed down. I might be a 63 year old female, but I'm not ripped off easily, and the only reason I accepted his quote, although exorbitant, is because I needed it picked up next day.
