They do not keep to the weekly schedule for pool cleaning. They do not vacuum fully. Pool is not clean when they leave. You ask the staff to tweak some things they say yes but don't complete the task.
We’ve used Ron’s Pool Service for several years now. They’ve replaced nearly every part of our saltwater pool since we’ve been in our home that came with an eight year old pool at the time. They get the job done right and they’re always fair, honest, respectful and professional. We trust them and will continue to call on them when we need them and highly recommend them to others!
Took weeks for the repair, then when it leaked, made an excuse that he didn't touch it, then became irate and disrespectful. Use someone else.
Brian, and his crew does such an amazing job. My pool was on its death bed, but Brian worked his magic, and brought it back to life. I highly recommend this company!!
No communication! Started opening in June 2023 stopped service without completing service in October 2023. Pool was a challenge to say the least but I told them that up front. I had to give a star to rate them but I cannot recommend this company!
