Referred me to Fimple, Buds, or Reed for my septic/drain issue.
I really appreciated Ron's Plumbing coming out today to fix our drain issue. The water in our rental's basement was 3-5 inches deep and there was sewage mixed in...yuck! I called Roto-Rooter's first and the guy was unwilling to fix the issue with the "interesting" plumbing that was currently available. Ron was more than willing to work with what we had and not only cleared the line of tree roots but got the water and gunk all cleared up. Called him to fix out door faucet and leaking water line to fridge. For the faucet, he used the smallest line and only replaced the faucet and a shut off valve but left us with no pressure to the hose outside. For the fridge, we had to call him twice. The first time he charged us 200 just to tighten a screw and said it was fine. Then when it started leaking again, charged us again to actually replace the broken valve that he should have replaced the first time. Will not be calling him again for any more repairs.
Ron and his brother Robert helped us fix an issue that we had been dealing with for a long time. They walked us through the process, patiently answered our many questions, advocated for us, were fair in their pricing, and fixed our very big sewer issue very quickly. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I would highly recommend Ron's Plumbing in Savannah, MO.
