Called before Christmas, kept relighting hot water. It was so rusted . dangerous..then relight! Still no call back to repair, 3 weeks. Better plumbers out there than Ron's!!
Gas Water heater vent was off pilot light keeps blowing out. Ron's says we will nurse it. Well the top of water heater was so rusted that the vent pipe screws had nothing to hold the vent down to. Remind you this was four or more days before 2018 Christmas. This was a serious fire hazard also a radon hazard. But Ron's pluming said they will nurse it. They put our life's in danger because of there negligent certified plumers atleast I hope they have a certificate of profession.
I called them with hot water issues. He was here in a half hour. Very helpful, nice guy. Part is ordered.
