I called to have my gas logs started. He and his helper cleaned the apparatus and lit the pilot light. Afterwards they could not replace the logs properly. I had previously asked for a price quote but he said he would find out. He sent his helper in with a bill of $375. Yes $375. I asked what I was specifically charged for. The helper did not know.
