I brought my truck in for a simple safety inspection and oil change. Unfortunately, the technician forgot to remove the old oil filter seal and installed the new filter on top of it. after the oil change, all of the oil leaked out, which caused the turbo to fail. I tried to deal with this situation personally and reasonably, but Ron hung up on me and showed no concern for the damage caused.
