One lady that works there is terrible! I bought a bike lock from Ron's Lock Shop and I carried the lock home on my bike. When I got home I dropped the lock as I was getting off my bike and one part of it broke into pieces! I was completely confused, and I took it back an hour later after class with the receipt to exchange it for a new one, and the lady that worked there wouldn't let me exchange it and she wouldn't give me any money back.
