It took them multiple weeks to polish a simple antique brass piece for me. When I called each week to ask about its status, they just repeatedly told me it will be ready in 2-3 days. When I did finally receive it 3 weeks later the polish job was okay at best. When I brought it in, I also asked about re-plating a component of the piece and removing some substance stuck to it.
