After having a bad experience with a previous contractor I had some concerns about how long it would take but the technician was able to rapidly disassemble the A/C system in less than an hour and explained each step as he went. His attention to detail reassured me that this time nothing would be overlooked.
They explained the pricing clearly up front and finished the vent cleaning in less than an hour (unlike a quote I obtained elsewhere). I waited a week to see whether the airflow was still consistent and I am happy to say everything is still working great.
Once the estimate was finalised I connected with our building management and the techs had the AC installed within a few hours without any inconvenience. They were very thorough describing the advantages of the new system and ensuring it was linked with our previous setup.
We wanted to be able to spot any early signs of wear on our A/C unit before the visit, and the technician was meticulous in examining everything from the filters to the coils. But he also changed a few settings which should make it more efficient. It was good to see that everything looked excellent.
Very impressed with the quality of service and the professionalism of the entire team.
