This extended timeline was primarily due to inaccuracies in the initial on-site measurements, resulting in significant delays, extensive follow-up communications, and complexities in coordinating the installation once the correctly sized windows became available. I have had not one, but (3) great experiences with Jason & Adam here. Wow! Professional, knowledgeable, and just all around great to do business with. No gimmicks, just down to earth people. I purchased Milgard Tuscany Windows and couldn't be happier. I must say, as a business owner myself, I am critical of other businesses, and these guys deliver all the right ingredients. A+ Highly recommend the company and Jason & Adam! Thank you!
