I went to Ron's Engines for headers,x pipe and exhaust. Went to get my car and total was 1500 over quote. After arguing and coming back the next day finally figured out that there was a mistake on the calculation for 900 dollars. I was still overcharged 600 and didn't receive the quality parts I had requested and were accounted for in the original quote. After all that they didn't torque a few bolts which made my exhaust rattle, they dented my trunk and my exhaust hits my rear axle on large bumps. Absolutely horrible service... read more
I asked them to let me know what was wrong and after a week I called them and they informed me they were ordering parts. After the parts came In I saw that they were $150 and $190 but they charged $320 for each part plus another $300 each for installation. After I drove my truck home it would not start after investigating the messed up part was the one they installed. I would never use them.
