Ron was amazing. Came out on a Saturday and offered expert advice and educated me as a homeowner. He gave me options and let me choose the best one.

We wrapped up New Years day with a loss of power. No heat, no water, and our brand new hot tub at risk of freezing. We called several electricians the next morning (Sunday) but Ron was the only one to call back. He walked us through some trouble-shooting, knew what the problem was, went and got parts and came over to fix it.
