Dennis Larson and his wife Linda wants something for nothing. Keith did their job years ago and unfortunately they did not see eye to eye. Keith did what he said he was going to do. Dennis lives in a 50 year old house and has multiple problems. I went to their house personally and checked on what Keith did and it was OK. There were problems in his other rooms that Dennis elected not to repair. There is always 2 sides to every story.
Employee "Keith" made several commitments to install our service. Every time, he would call & leave an excuse as to why he couldn't make it. 800 miles roundtrip for me to get there each time. When he finally did the job, some of the cirucuits didn't work (AC on the hottest days of the year, with a heart patient living in the house) was one of the circuits. Hot water tank was the other.
