I contacted RC on the Monday of the first really cold weather of the year as my furnace wasn’t working. They sent Kevin out to assess the problem & found it to be a motor. I was quoted for a replacement motor or a new furnace. I didn’t have money for either & was going to need to contact the State for help. Once Donna found out my furnace was dead, she didn’t hesitate even after I told her my credit isn’t so hot. She said, there’s more cold coming & we can have you freezing to death. Before even sending someone out, they took the time to help me troubleshoot the issue and walked me through maintenance steps over the phone. Once we exhausted those options, they were able to send a technician who was extremely knowledgeable and able to repair my unit quickly.
