I called to set up an appointment, and the lady I spoke with has me send in my estimate from insurance before we even discussed availability. Later on a guy called me back and said they'd get me in the week of the 14th, and that most people drop off their cars on Sunday night. So I had to find a car to borrow for a week. Drop off was easy.
