I left with the same exact problem I came in with. I will never be back even though I live around the corner. I told them on the phone what the problem was (had already been diagnosed by a reputable shop) and they decided to change spark plugs instead and charge me $500+. Super condescending towards women. We brought our car to this shop for a repair estimate, and they asked us to leave it overnight in their parking lot. They called the next day with the estimate, but we decided not to proceed with the repair. When we picked up the car that afternoon, we discovered it had been damaged in the front—apparently hit by another vehicle while on their lot.
