I have had a car in the shop for over a week and a half. I have called nearly every day with nobody returning my calls or texts. I had to drive there today only to find out one person was working, wasn’t picking up the phone to answer calls, and the owner and every single employee was sick. Worst of all the one employee there couldn’t tell me when my car would be done. Will never ever bring a car here again and will tell everyone I can not to bring their automobiles here. Worst run operation I have ever seen.
Guys my car its being there about a month and a week now , no answers who can I contact? Dealer keep transferring my phone calls but no one answer at the body shop I went there on Friday you guys were close , No answers come on guys at least update what’s going on. I live a hour and a half away from you body shop otherwise you would have there every single day
I recently encountered a minor issue with my window not rolling up. However, the service repair shop was incredibly responsive. They instructed me to come in immediately and efficiently repaired the issue without making me wait long at all. I was truly impressed by how friendly and professional everyone was throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a repair shop with excellent customer service and quick, reliable repairs, I highly recommend them!
Great service. My truck needed a water pump, new battery, and new tires+struts (all in different instances), and they were each done in a timely manner and at a great pricing. I recommend them 100%
I’ve been coming here for a while now. The other day my car was in need of a repair that was quite urgent. They took my car in the very next day and had it fixed that same day! Never had any issues, their customer service is great. They are super transparent with the prices of their services. Communication and efficiency keeps me coming back.
