I called this business to ask if I could get help with repairs. The owner told me he is totally booked for the month. When I insisted I didn't need it right away it still was a no. I was told I would rather wait til the end of the month to think about if I want to mess with it. I have been in the customer service field for quite some time and never have I heard such bad customer service. He went above and beyond to basically tell me no. 0 out of 10 I do not recommend.

Ron is very detail oriented. He is a problem solver. Ron knows his craft very well. I've been using him since I moved to Baton Rouge 17 years ago.
