I went to Ron's after being with another mechanic for years. The staff were all pleasant and professional. The estimate came in a text message, with photos of all the parts in question. No work was done without the go-ahead from me. With the estimate were repairs that could wait but that they identified as needing to be done at some point in the future. They even gave me a ride home and came to pick me up when the work was done. A terrific experience! They are now my new garage!
