I have been using Ron's Auto Repair for years. My Uncle to me there and got me started. They do great work at a honest and reasonable price. I have had thing that were very simple fixes and it was pointed out and treated accordingly.The owner Ron and mechanic Jeff are great men!
The man on the phone was rude wouldn't answer general questions. I did ask if I could bring my car in to get looked at to get an estimate for repairs. His response was "people don't usually do that they bring their car in to leave it and get it fixed" I can't comment on the work they do but as far as being helpful and customer service goes I would give them 1 star.
Great service at a very reasonable price. Extremely efficent.
