I had my car towed in around Thanksgiving with the exception that after the holidays, and when the weather was good that Ron would have at least done a diagnostic test on my vehicle. I even called to confirm my vehicle arrived and the voice mail I left did indeed go through with the finding i belived was wrong with my car. I waited 2 weeks for an update before calling and when I did call I was told he has not be able to dig my car out to look at it. This was fine as it just snowed heavy a few nights prior.
