Complete lack of communication and coordination. I scheduled a windshield replacement 10 days ahead of time. They ordered my windshield but forgot to put me in the schedule. I dropped the vehicle and waited 5 hours with no contact from them so I went back to the shop and my vehicle hadn't been touched. Needless to say I grabbed my keys and left after they gave me every excuse in the book, but I shot them down with facts. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to their competitor.
I ordered some pieces of glass for a small hutch and they were so nicely cut! They fit PERFECTLY!! I am SO pleased with it!!
Terrible service would not recommended unless you want to waste a whole lot of your time.
