The first day, I came to pick up the car right before they close but it still wasn’t done and I saw a woman vacuuming an suv while smoking a cigarette inside it. He said he could leave it in his garage with the heaters on overnight so it didn’t mildew since it was still so wet. When I picked it up and took it home the next day, there are multiple spots where he didn’t get it all or a couple spots he just didn’t touch at all. A previous reviewer had said that he did not return his phone calls. And the owner replied that all he had to do was leave a message. I have called him three times and left three messages and have not heard back. NOTE--Ron did call me back after 3 or 4 days. I actually had scheduled with someone else to have the car detailed in the meantime. However that location was several miles away and I live very close to Ron's establishment.
