I recently had work done at Ron's Auto Body after an accident. We had used Ron's in the past and been happy with the work so I chose to work with them again. While the work performed was acceptable (I'm not completely satisfied how the replacement bumper fits on my Acadia because it no longer looks factory installed and I did point that out but was told that was just how it fits), my biggest issue with the shop is how they run as a business. Ron's Auto Body is top notch! They did excellent work on my VW Beetle after I "accidentally" backed into my son's car! You would never know anything ever happened, it looks perfect. I was both excited and pleasantly surprised when they brought me to the enclosed area where my car was until I arrived. They had completely washed my car, inside and out. It looked as good as it did on the showroom floor when I bought it! They also picked me up and brought me to my car, since I didn't have a driver to bring me. IMPRESSIVE!! Highl... read more
