HORRIBLE!!!! What a terrible experience with Ron’s Appliance. They have serviced me before with no issues so I had no reason to doubt their service. After a month from my first service call, $600 later, and countless EXCUSES my oven still DOES NOT WORK. I was told technician Dan wasn’t able to come because he had a funeral, then he had back problems, then his phone was broken, then he had physical therapy, now he has broken ribs and I am asked to be patient and understanding…..it is like dealing with a CHILD.
