Highly recommend Rons Appliance Repair LLC! They got back to me fast yesterday to schedule for this morning, two guys showed up after calling first to let me know they were close, and fixed our fridge/freezer combo in less than 30 minutes! They luckily had a part with them. Very sweet and kept me updated during everything. Now to wait for it to cool and freeze and so I can fill it back up. But great company to work with.
My oven broke down and Ron and team came to the rescue. They are simply the best! They were polite on the phone, professional in person, right on time and clearly masters in their field of focus as my problem was solved immediately! What more could you ask for? When they called, they asked if I was home and if they could come by to assess the appliance, very courteous. Well minding my own sitting in my car a random stranger came up to my driver's window and told me to move. I repeatedly told him I live here and I'll be leaving in 10 minutes. He then screamed profanities at me and told me that he would have me towed. This was all because he didn't want to have to walk an extra 10 feet while unloading his truck. Once I finished what I was doing I left within the 10-minute. I was harassed the entire time by the man in the picture and his crew member.
