Can’t give an estimate over the phone for an oil change? Absolutely time wasters
Pay very close attention to the one star reviews! Do not be fooled. Very questionable and dishonest business practices. Initially I called because my truck had needed some work done, and they wouldn't give me a quote over the phone, and said I needed to bring it in for an inspection that would be free of charge. I ended up getting the inspection done, and when I came to pick it up I was shown what repairs were needed but that they would email me a quote later. I dropped a 30 year old truck with 'rear brake' problems on them short notice in the middle of a trip, they got me turned around in a day. My 1997 F-350 manifested a rear drum brake issue on a Monday afternoon. Called around, nobody wanted to touch drum brakes, Ron's was recommended, I needed to hit the road for a trip, Ron's got me in the following morning at 8:00AM, they sourced quality parts, replaced the oil covered rear drum system, and had me on the road. I don’t like working on my vehicles but I like going to the mechanics less. So I end up doing all the work on my vehicles. I needed an alignment so I brought it in after having a great experience at Ron’s last winter with an alignment. They told me I needed new upper ball joints and invited me to the pit to take a look for myself. So I went home and put in new ball joints. This was my second wheel alignment at Ron's. Colby did an excellent job, and took the time to show me an issue with a worn tie-rod. Better still, he was able to get and install the replacement part during the alignment appointment. Exceptional!
