Ordered a large pizza and fried dough, was told 35 mins. I showed up 40 mins later and they still made me wait another 20 minutes. There is too many pizza places in the area for that kinda service.
Worst service ever. No exaggeration. Every single time I order, it takes at least 15-20 minutes longer than they say and then they screw something up. A few months back, I got there after he 30 minutes they told me and waited another 20. Then they forgot part of the order. I called them and they sent me a whopping $3 off coupon. Went back tonight for the first time. I gave them 40 minutes instead of the 30 they told me and still they screwed up. Recently had a bad experience, which is very rare but, the Ronny's team came through and made things more than right. They offered to resend food, called me, messaged me and offered a GC. This all happened IMMEDIATELY. Great customer service! I'll definitely be ordering from them again. Not to mention they have the best blue cheese and ham sub ever. I don't know how but, true story. Thank you, Ronny's!!
With as quick as people are to post negative things on social media, I just thought you should know the two fish frys my wife and I just had were excellent!
My family recently moved down the street and Ronny's is our new favorite place to get our pizza fixing cravings ! Also the fact you can order online is amazing! I might be writing this while eating a chicken salad from here :)
Just picked up an order from Ronny's. The fried dough was literally burnt and hard. It was completely inedible. Ordered a sub and they forgot to put tomatoes on it. Also ordered chicken fingers and they were overcooked which made them dry and hard. Will not be ordering again
have always had great food from Ronny's. their wings and subs are really good
